INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING
The integration of faith and learning for this course occurs in several ways. First, the concept of management is tied directly to scripture and is evident in the behavior and interaction of people within organizations. Second, the "Golden Rule" is the foundation from which all human interaction is measured. Godly managers are committed to God’s Word and their willingess to support and help others both within and outside of their organizations. This is known as servant leadership. Throughout the text-book and in our daily work lives, we are constantly aware of the challenges to our moral attitudes and social codes. Hopefully, these challenges will cause us to rediscover the roots of our ethical beliefs.
