COURSE DESCRIPTION
A study of the psychological and spiritual needs of adults to establish proper objectives for adult Christian education. Attention if given to programming the new methods designed to enhance the spiritual growth process among adults.

LEARNING RESULTS
It is the purpose of this course to:
A. Survey the world of adults in such a manner that the student will be able to identify the influences and dynamics faced by most adults.
B. Study the developmental tasks associated with each stage of adulthood, resulting in student awareness of those challenges.
C. Present the major theories of adult learning so that the student will be able to articulate a personal learning theory which is consistent with the scripture and social sciences.
D. Provide opportunity for the student to plan and lead an adult learning experience and receive an evaluation of that experience.
