COURSE DESCRIPTION
A course designed to facilitate the development of the student's skills in leadership, organization and management related to specific ministry situations.

LEARNING RESULTS
The student will demonstrate a knowledge of:
1. The total church program and its relationships
2. The general principles of administration and management and their relationship to the task of the local church
3. An effective leadership program in the local church
4. The roles and responsibilities of church leaders

INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING
This course explores leadership roles, characteristics and principles within local churches. In doing so, we examine these issues from a biblical perspective. What principles, characteristics and examples from scripture shed light on this subject and what is their implication and application to leadership within the church?
