COURSE DESCRIPTION
A study of the major current systematic psychological theories of personality. Consideration is given to their underlying assumptions and usefulness for research and therapeutic process.
LEARNING RESULTS
• You will become familiar with major terms that help describe and define various approaches to understanding personality.
• You will be able to identify and describe the major theories and systems of personality development.
• You will be able to evaluate the various approaches to personality in through the ?filter? of a Christian worldview.
• You will be able to apply theoretical assumptions to one’s personal life and real life settings.

INTEGRATION OF FAITH AND LEARNING
This course explores the major foundations related to the various theories of personality. These theories are based upon certain assumptions. We examine these theories in light of our own Christian assumptions. In this way our faith is integrated into the learning process.
