COURSE DESCRIPTION
An introduction to the basic physical sciences of astronomy, physics, chemistry, meteorology and geology. Each is considered in relation to the others and its influence on man.

LEARNING RESULTS
By taking this course it is intended that you will:
1. increase your knowledge of the physical Universe,
2. become a better steward of the resources of this world,
3. think critically about how we understand the Universe we live in,
4. and recognize design that must be a result of a Creator-Designer.

There are 18 lessons and 3 tests for this course.


LEARNING EVALUATION
Each of the 18 assignments counts 3.5% toward the final course grade. Test 1, which covers the material in lessons 1-7 and consists of 50 multiple-choice items, counts 13%. Test 2 consists of 39 multiple-choice items and covers the material in lessons 8-14 counts 12% toward the course grade. Test 3 covers lessons 15-18 and as counts 12% of the course grade.
