Tuition

Courses are $275 per credit hour. (Note: Credit hours are listed with each course in the catalog.) Textbooks are not included in the price per credit hour. The total amount for all tuition and fees must be submitted at the time of course registration.

New Student Fee

A new student fee of $15 applies to all students taking courses through Taylor University Fort Wayne Online unless they have registered for other TUFWO courses within the previous two years. This fee covers costs associated with the creation of an active student record. This fee is waived for students who have previously paid a Taylor University Fort Wayne Online degree program application fee.

Payment Procedures

Payment for all applicable tuition and fees must accompany each course registration and may be made by personal check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. If you are registering by postal mail, please send a check or money order made payable to Taylor University for the total cost of your course(s), or include your credit card account number, expiration date and signature on the course registration form. A fee will be charged for returned checks. If you are registering by phone, world wide web, electronic mail or fax, please include credit card information with your signature for billing on the registration form.

Financial Aid

Students who have been accepted into online degree programs offered by Taylor University Fort Wayne Online and who will be registered for at least six hours in one term may apply for financial aid available through the University's Title IV program participation agreement with the Department of Education. For additional information, contact Taylor University Fort Wayne Online office. Paper based courses are not eligible for financial aid.

Students taking online courses through Taylor University Fort Wayne Online who are enrolled in degree programs at other institutions should consult the financial aid office of their home institution concerning available benefits.

Registration for paper based courses offered by Taylor University Fort Wayne Online does not make a student eligible for deferment of student loans. Online degree-seeking students with TUFWO are eligible for student loan deferments if they are registered for at least six hours in one term.

Distance learning students may be eligible for tax benefits through the Hope credit and lifetime learning credit. Eligible students may claim a Hope credit of up to $1,500 for qualified tuition and related expenses or a lifetime learning credit of up to $1,000 for the qualified tuition and expenses.
